Lansing, Michigan welcomes all-vegan food truck M I Vegan.

Owners Michael Graham and his wife, Reagan, began discussing this unique business collaboration early into the pandemic. The working professionals wanted a way to provide tasty, vegan options to the public while allowing for social distancing practices. After months of brainstorming, this labor of love is hitting the Mid-Michigan roads and serving up plant-based fare.

All menu options are cruelty-free, including their house-made sauces, vegan cheeses, and plant-based sour creams. The menu offers a variety of American favorites named after Michigan staples. Snag an order of Traverse City Tots, Torch Lake Tacos, or a Great Lakes Grilled Cheese for the road. The truck offers well-labeled gluten-free options along with to-go plant-based desserts. Fresh chocolate chip cookies, anyone? These culinary creations were made for both vegans and non-vegans alike. In the case of the latter, the great-tasting food may even prompt the question, M I Vegan? We see what they did there.

Beyond plant-based eating, this new foodie destination-on-wheels is all about thoughtful living. With sustainability at the forefront of its packaging, all meals are served in compostable and biodegradable containers.

Ready to dive into this new, plant-based food truck? Look for the sleek, white truck with the clean design and dreamy logo settling down in the Lansing area. Check out their website for weekly hours and set-up locations.

At this time, M I Vegan can be found at the following sites:

  • Kellie’s Consignment, 5000 Marsh Rd, Okemos, MI 48864
  • Pro Fireworks, 901 N Larch St, Lansing, MI 48906
