Dame Dia: A Tale of Resilience in Chicago, Illinois

At the heart of Chicago’s 218 S Clark location, Dame Dia, a seasoned veteran with 15 years in the restaurant industry, stands as a symbol of tenacity. From a humble dishwasher in Queens, New York, to the General Manager at Red Lobster and overseeing multiple eateries at JFK Airport’s Terminal 5, Dame’s journey has been one of remarkable growth. Since joining Native Foods in 2018, his dedication and experience have been indispensable in propelling the success of Native Foods’ Chicago location.

Michael Olivas: Embracing the Vegan Dream in Glendale, Colorado

Leading the charge at 680 S Colorado Blvd, Glendale, Colorado, Michael Olivas joined Native Foods in 2014 as an Assistant to the General Manager. His nine-year journey is marked by profound connections with team members and guests. A lifelong dream to own a vegan restaurant has become a reality with Native Foods, showcasing Olivas’ commitment to the vegan movement.

Misti Rausch and Sean Reynolds: Leading with Passion in Palm Springs, California

Co-owning the Palm Springs location at 1775 E Palm Canyon Dr, Misti Rausch and Sean Reynolds share a fervor for Native Foods’ legacy. Misti, a dedicated employee since 2012, is thrilled to continue the brand’s journey, especially as the original location marks its 30th anniversary.
