Magnum Is Launching New Vegan Ice Cream Bars This Month
Dessert time just got more exciting!
As far as we’re concerned, vegan ice cream is always in season! It may be 35 degrees outside, but we can’t resist a good frozen dessert. That’s why we’re ecstatic to learn that Magnum Ice Cream is launching three new vegan ice cream bars this month.
Chocolate-Coated Vegan Ice Cream Bars Sold in Major Retailers Nationwide
Magnum Ice Cream was the first brand to introduce handheld ice cream bars for adults in the US back in 1989. Today, Magnum ice cream is one of the world’s leading ice cream brands, selling more than one billion units annually worldwide.
For thirty years, the brand only offered dairy-based products. But in February of 2019, Magnum Ice Cream finally launched its vegan line with the debut of two flavors—Non-Dairy Classic and Non-Dairy Almond. About a year later, Magnum Ice Cream came out with a third vegan ice cream bar variety—Non-Dairy Sea Salt Caramel. As you can imagine, these ice cream bars were a hit. Chocolate-coated vegan ice cream bars sold in major retailers nationwide? That’s a recipe for success!
Non-Dairy Hazelnut Crunch Bars and Non-Dairy Mini Variety Packs
Today, Magnum Ice Cream announced two upcoming products joining their vegan portfolio—Non-Dairy Hazelnut Crunch Bars and Non-Dairy Mini Variety Packs. The new Hazelnut Crunch flavor features a decadent hazelnut ice cream with swirls of salted caramel that’s dipped in caramelized hazelnuts and vegan chocolate. The Non-Dairy Mini Variety Packs feature six fun-sized versions of the brand’s Non-Dairy Classic and Non-Dairy Almond Bars (three of each flavor).
Just like the rest of Magnum’s non-dairy bars, these new offerings feature a vegan ice cream base that’s composed of coconut oil and pea protein. They’re coated in a vegan milk chocolate shell that cracks just like the brand’s dairy-based chocolate bars. Best of all, the entire line is non-GMO and certified vegan by Vegan.org.
“It’s an expansion of the Magnum universe giving more fans the opportunity to indulge,” shared the brand. Both products will begin to roll out in major retailers nationwide this month.
