Attention red velvet lovers! Insomnia Cookies just dropped a limited-edition vegan red velvet cookie, available at stores nationwide.

Insomnia Cookies’ Vegan Red Velvet Cookies for Valentine’s Day

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Insomnia Cookies is making red velvet lovers everywhere extremely happy with the release of their limited-edition red velvet line. The launch includes five varieties of red velvet cookies, brownies, and treats.

While not all options are vegan, Insomnia Cookies is still looking out for us plant-eaters with the Vegan Red Velvet Cookies N Cream Cookie, which is a red velvet cookie with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies mixed in. The vegan cookie, along with the rest of the red velvet launch, is available at Insomnia’s 200+ stores nationwide. Make sure you check with your local store before heading over to order, as these cookies are popular and will surely sell out!

Other Vegan Options at Insomnia Cookies

Insomnia Cookies is a crowd favorite in large towns and among university students due to their late-night delivery hours. And for good reason, too. What better way to cram for a midterm or cure those late-night munchies than with warm, gooey cookies delivered right to your door until 3am?

The brand is surprisingly vegan-friendly, with three vegan cookies available year-round: Vegan Birthday Cake, Vegan Chocolate Chunk, and Vegan Double Chocolate Chunk.

Earlier this month, the brand launched two new limited-edition vegan flavors in support of Veganuary: the Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread Cookie and the Vegan All the Above Cookie. The launch was successful, and we can only hope that there will be more vegan-friendly releases in the future!
