The fast-casual concept is slated to be the first of its kind in the Southeast.
Stir House, a captivating blend of Asian-Southern fusion cuisine, is poised to make waves in Downtown Atlanta. Set to open its doors in April 2024 at 61 Broad Street NW, Stir House promises to revolutionize the local dining scene with its innovative approach to stir-fry.

Customizable Creations at Atlanta's New Stir House
At Stir House, patrons will have the opportunity to craft their own culinary masterpieces with the "build your own box" option. With a variety of bases, proteins, fresh vegetables, and homemade sauces to choose from, the possibilities are endless.
Founded by serial entrepreneur Antonio Brown, Stir House is more than just a restaurant—it's a testament to conscious eating. Co-owned by Ebony Austin, Phillandas Thompson, and Tosin Adesanya, Stir House is committed to promoting healthy lifestyles and food education within the community.
Brown said, “When I found out I was allergic to gluten, I went home and quickly realized that almost everything in my pantry had gluten. Stir House was created out of a need, a necessity—mainly for the people who are often overlooked when it comes to food choices because of allergies to gluten and gums. These people still want flavorful and delicious options.
Austin and Thompson told VegOut, “We plan to use Stir House as an educational instrument providing information on conscious eating. With the restaurant, we plan to educate customers on our ingredients and the specific offerings on our menu.”

Just launched: Laughing in the Face of Chaos by Rudá Iandê
Exhausted from trying to hold it all together?
You show up. You smile. You say the right things. But under the surface, something’s tightening. Maybe you don’t want to “stay positive” anymore. Maybe you’re done pretending everything’s fine.
This book is your permission slip to stop performing. To understand chaos at its root and all of your emotional layers.
In Laughing in the Face of Chaos, Brazilian shaman Rudá Iandê brings over 30 years of deep, one-on-one work helping people untangle from the roles they’ve been stuck in—so they can return to something real. He exposes the quiet pressure to be good, be successful, be spiritual—and shows how freedom often lives on the other side of that pressure.
This isn’t a book about becoming your best self. It’s about becoming your real self.
