Guud & Evul started as a food truck serving the greater Tonawanda area (just north of Buffalo, New York) earlier this year. Their menu of loaded vegan fries and deep-fried burgers quickly gained them a loyal following, leading to the launch of their first brick-and-mortar location in Tonawanda last month.

Guud & Evul’s new spot is located at 21 Main St, Tonawanda, NY 14150. They are currently in their soft opening phase and are open Wednesday-Sunday from 11:30am-8pm. The restaurant has a surprisingly big menu available for the soft opening and has plans to expand the offerings when they hold their grand opening on November 4.

For now, the full menu—as well as their daily specials—can be found on their Instagram page. Guud & Evul isn’t currently working with any delivery platforms, but orders can be placed for pickup by calling 716-260-2278.

Vegan Comfort Food in New York

Guud & Evul’s menu consists of all of the best comfort foods you know and love—but veganized! From burgers dripping with homemade sauce to loaded hot dogs and poutine fries, Guud & Evel is your one-stop shop for all the delicious vegan food your taste buds are craving.

A crowd favorite is The Loose Cannon—their version of a patty melt made with sauerkraut, homemade “crazy sauce” (vegan Thousand Island), pickles, onions, and mornay sauce on top of a house-made soy-free, gluten-free patty made from pea protein. Like all of their burgers, customers have a choice of ordering it grilled or “hood-dipped”—deep-fried in a special batter.

Another customer favorite is the Evul Plate (their version of the famed Rochester Garbage Plate), which includes beans, rice, fries, one hot dog, and one burger patty topped with five of their house-made sauces.
