The top European plant-based fish brand debuts at Natural Products Expo East at the end of September.

Europe’s #1 alternative seafood company, Novish, has been making waves across the pond for the past year. Now, Novish is bringing their vegan fish products to the US later this month!

Plant-Based Seafood at Expo East

Novish will be making their US debut at Natural Products Expo East from September 23-25. Already available in fifteen countries, this will mark the first time that US distributors and retailers will be able to try the brand. With more plant-based fish products popping up on shelves every day and the demand for sustainable meat replacements rising, there’s a good possibility that Novish products will continue to infiltrate the US market. Until that happens, distributors and press will be the first to try this plant-based seafood at Expo East at the end of the month.

With the plant-based meat sector predicted to hit $8.3 billion by 2025, the Novish products are making their debut just in time. Despite the brand being just over a year old, they already have a loyal following in Europe and even have a contract with pan-European fish chain Nordsee across 300 of their locations.

Sustainable, Allergy-Friendly Vegan Seafood

Novish doesn’t just make quick vegan seafood. The Netherlands-based company places an emphasis on sustainability and clean ingredients. Their products are free from seven of the top eight allergens (they’re soy-free, egg-free, and nut free!), and they stay away from artificial additives and palm oil. Their mission is to “feed the world, save the planet,” and the evidence is in the ingredients.

Some of Novish’s products include fishless sticks, bites, burgers, chunks, fillets, and tuna. They’re also currently working on a plant-based shrimp. Give them a follow on Instagram at @novish.eu to check out their newest innovation and to keep updated on when the sustainable, allergy-friendly plant-based seafood will be available in US stores!
