Crossroads has been a favorite in the LA food scene for years, and the upscale plant-based restaurant has finally announced an expansion. Crossroads will be opening two new locations in Las Vegas this spring.

Crossroads Expands to Las Vegas

Crossroads’ two new locations will be at Resorts World Las Vegas. The first, Crossroads Las Vegas, will be an upscale dinner service experience similar to the Los Angeles location that will cater to vegans, flexitarians, and omnivores alike. Several popular dishes from the Los Angeles restaurant will be available, including the Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms and house-made Fettuccine & Truffles. The Las Vegas outpost will also feature exclusive specials and menu items not available in Los Angeles.

The second location, Crossroads Burgers, is a completely new concept that will be serving plant-based burgers, homemade sausages, milkshakes, and fries. This location caters to more on-the-go customers, though there will still be dine-in service available in a more casual setting.

Both new concepts will be opening in late spring of this year at Resorts World Las Vegas, whose dining program features flavors from all over the world. Tal Ronnen, founder and head chef of Crossroads Los Angeles, will be at the head of both new locations.

Crossroads Kitchen: One of the Best Upscale Restaurants in Los Angeles

Branded as an upscale restaurant with an excellent cocktail program, Crossroads has been an LA staple for almost 10 years. Crossroads was one of the first fully vegan restaurants to open such a concept, and their menu does not disappoint. The restaurant is open for weekend brunch and dinner service, and it often hosts seasonal tasting menus.

Crossroads is often frequented by customers who have no idea that the entire restaurant is vegan and is almost always on a list of must-try restaurants in town (vegan or not!).
