The plant-forward menu features “Calamari” made from mushrooms, Chilled Tomato Gazpacho, Grilled Eggplant, and more.
Carversteak, the upscale steakhouse at Resorts World Las Vegas, has elevated its culinary offerings with a brand-new vegan menu. Carver Road Hospitality’s Corporate Chef Daniel Ontiveros designed the menu, emphasizing fresh, flavorful, and high-quality ingredients. This addition solidifies Carversteak’s commitment to catering to diverse dietary preferences.
“We know that our guests crave diversity in Carversteak’s menu, and this adds a whole new dimension to our offerings,” said Chef Ontiveros. “These dishes are not only flavorful and perfect for those with specific tastes, but they’re also fun to create. I love the opportunity to try new things in the kitchen and bring something truly inspired to the dinner table.”
