OmniPork Pork Protein Made Entirely from Plants
OmniPork is a new pork protein made entirely from plants. It was originally tested at 25 restaurants in Hawaii and California, and after much success, OmniPork is beginning to expand. The plant-based pork is made using a proprietary blend of plant-based protein from non-GMO soy, peas, shiitake mushrooms, and rice, and is available in three varieties—Ground, Strips, and Luncheon. OmniPork can be seasoned, steamed, pan-fried, deep-fried, stuffed, or crumbled—you choose!
