Your Guide to Ordering Vegan at Fresh Brothers
Fresh Brothers is a chain of pizza restaurants with 19 locations in LA and Orange County. They have several vegan options throughout their menu—from fresh salads to signature pizzas, and even vegan tenders. So swing on by one of their many locations or have your meal delivered to your door, the next time you’re in the mood for a pizza night (or day).
The Fresh Salad
This simple salad consisting of grape tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion on romaine and spring mix is the perfect addition to any meal to get in your greens and veggies. You can also add avocado for an additional cost.
If The Fresh Salad is too simple for you, then go with their Farmer’s Market salad, which is made up of broccoli, corn, celery, green pepper, cucumber, carrots, mushrooms, peas, and red onion on romaine and spring mix.
Fresh Brothers also has the option to create your own salad. First, you choose the greens you want for your base—romaine, spring mix, or fresh spinach. Next, decide if you want cheese—the vegan option is Daiya cheese. During the third step, you can really have at it, and select from a boatload of vegan-friendly toppings like artichoke hearts, black beans, broccoli, corn, grape tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, peas, and tons more. You can also add avocado for an additional cost. The final step is choosing a dressing, and they have four different vegan options—blue cheese, house italian, olive oil & vinegar, and ranch.
Enjoy a veggie-filled pizza by ordering their Fresh Veggie pizza. It’s topped with green peppers, red onions, mushrooms, and green & black olives. Just be sure to request it vegan, so they use vegan cheese instead.
Fresh Veggie with Impossible Meat
Spruce up the Fresh Veggie by adding Impossible meat!
Not feeling like a veggie pizza? Then go with something more basic and order their vegan cheese pizza, comprised of Daiya vegan mozzarella on their 100% vegan crust. You can also add vegan sausage or Impossible Meat for an additional cost.
Explore creative freedom by crafting your own pizza, selecting from a variety of toppings, like Daiya cheese, Impossible meat, vegan sausage, and produce such as fresh basil, garlic, pineapple, red onions, fresh spinach, sliced tomato, pepperoncini, and lots more.
Who doesn’t love some tenders? Select from a 1/2 or 1 pound portion of their vegan tenders, which are coated in a seven-grain crust and baked.
Fresh dough, cinnamon sugar, and icing. Mmmmm.
