There’s a new plant-based food brand on the market! Last month, Better Balance debuted their innovative products at Plant-Based World Expo. The Expo is a 100% vegan global event featuring the newest releases from all your favorite food brands. Looking for a cleaner, healthier plant-based alternative? Then check out Better Balance—your new go-to! The plant-based food brand transforms comfort food favorites and stocks plant-based alternatives that boost flavor and nutrition. Enjoy savory options from shreds, hot dogs, and meaty grounds to dairy favorites, including sour cream and cheese sauce.

The dishes highlighted at the expo were an instant hit. Attendees sampled delectable meals like Agave, Apple, & Walnut Chicken-less Salad. The dish featured the company’s soy protein-based shreds and a Jalapeño Ranch Dip made with their dairy-free sour cream. Additionally, attendees raved about Chef Gardner’s plant-based Tinga! Also made with Better Balance’s shreds, the Tinga was the show’s star. “The tastes, textures, and colors of Better Balance’s foods are better than any other product I have used. In particular, the Shreds and Sour Cream are more versatile than anything out there,” said Chef Gardner, Executive Chef of TLC Vegan Kitchen.

“I am excited to have worked alongside the Better Balance team at the Plant Based World Expo to give others in the industry a chance to taste the newest and best plant-based brand on the market right now,” continued Chef Gardner. They also recently showed off their delicious meals at Plant-Based World in NYC. This is a testament to the quality and taste of the company’s groundbreaking products. As demand grows for more diverse plant-based options, Better Balance is taking vegan cooking to another level.
