Sam’s Famous Salsa

NotCo

In 2015, Chilean native Matias Muchnick founded NotCo. The food brand utilizes AI to craft futuristic plant-based food products that mimic the taste of their animal-based counterparts. The company’s current retail portfolio includes NotMilk, NotChicken, and NotBurgers. In addition, NotCo participates in several partnerships with brands such as Kraft and Shake Shack.
