Mexican American Veronica Garza founded Siete Foods with her family of seven—hence the name! The powerhouse vegan food brand is now at major retailers across the country with wickedly delicious products like their Lime Tortilla Chips, Salsa Cremosa, and Mexican Wedding Cookies.

Sam’s Famous Salsa

In 2015, Chilean native Matias Muchnick founded NotCo. The food brand utilizes AI to craft futuristic plant-based food products that mimic the taste of their animal-based counterparts. The company’s current retail portfolio includes NotMilk, NotChicken, and NotBurgers. In addition, NotCo participates in several partnerships with brands such as Kraft and Shake Shack.
