From her Southern Fried Chicken & Gravy to her Cheddar Jalapeno Pigs in a Blanket, Lizzo is gaining viral status for sharing her vegan recipes with the TikTok world.

In addition to her TikTok dance moves and self-love inspo, TikTok’s fan-favorite, Lizzo, entertains her audience with lots of vegan food! Mustard watermelon, anyone? From celery & dandelion greens juice to carrot dogs, burritos, and even some sambusas from Rosalind’s Ethiopian restaurant (along with her own sauce for dipping!), the Grammy-winning singer invites viewers not only to watch her videos but to eat along with her.

Lizzo’s Vegan Eats

Whether the musical star is filming herself downing a hot honey fried chicken sandwich and fries from LA’s Lettuce Feast or showing us how to whip up some jackfruit enchiladas, her commitment to veganism is no secret. TikTok fans look forward to her videos to learn where she will be eating next and to view Lizzo’s vegan recipes. Tacos, burgers, carrot dip, and pickle dogs—yes, pickle dogs—are just a few of the vegan foods you’ll find on her channel. Oh, and a peach cobbler cinnamon roll. Hello!

Lizzo’s Coconut Water Berry Breakfast Cereal

Perhaps one of the simplest recipes, and one that hit viral status, is Lizzo’s Coconut Water Berry Breakfast Cereal. In a bowl, she adds a handful of blueberries followed by a handful of strawberries. On top of this, she adds some pomegranate and then pours a bit of coconut water over all of it, plunking in a few ice cubes. Later, she films this one again, confessing she’s addicted to the cereal.

Lizzo’s Carrot Feast

Lizzo’s carrot feast includes not one, not two, but three carrot-strong dishes in one meal! She shows us how to make carrot juice, a carrot dog, and her famous carrot dip.

Lizzo’s Carrot Juice

Part of the charm of Lizzo’s recipes is that they are so simple they almost don’t qualify as recipes. Example? Lizzo’s Carrot Juice. Proclaiming “Move over cauliflower, you b*tch,” Lizzo shares that she “had a bunch of carrots,” so she created her carrot feast, beginning with carrot juice. And, yes, you literally just blend up a bunch of carrots.

Lizzo’s Carrot Dog

Next up is Lizzo’s Carrot Dog. Just peel some carrots, marinate them (she doesn’t share how to do this or in what kind of liquid), and then boil them in a saute pan in a “hot doggy sauce.” Cook to a light char. Put on a bun. We love that Lizzo didn’t have hot dog buns so she threw her carrot dog on a hamburger bun.

Lizzo’s Carrot Dip

Lizzo’s Carrot Dip comes with a few more directions and is a rendition of a recipe she saw on TikTok. Peel and slice some carrots. Saute with red onion slices and crushed garlic cloves in coconut oil. Add cinnamon, turmeric, garlic powder, and other “spices and sh*t.” Mix in a food processor with baby spinach, almonds, and “some other sh*t.” The dip will be a little chunky. Serve on romaine leaves. Okay, we may have missed a few steps. You can check out the full video here.
