From musicians, to actors, to entertainers, these six celebrities have been ecstatic about all of the great benefits they’ve received from their plant-based eating habits. New to the vegan scene, Lizzo recently celebrated her 1-year veganniversary. Exploring new flavors of plants and plant-based alternatives, Lizzo shares her experiences living a vegan lifestyle on TikTok where she posts her vegan creations like Nature’s Cereal and “What I Eat in a Day” videos. Not only is she known for her soul-healing R&B riffs, but Jhene Aiko is a long-time vegan as well. Reportedly dabbling in veganism initially as a way to improve her health, Aiko transitioned to a fully plant-based lifestyle and has loved reaping its benefits. Every morning he starts off the day with a “Spark Smoothie,” filled with avocado, spinach, raspberries, blueberries, banana, coconut water, almond milk, and chia seeds.
Aside from being the most iconic tennis player in the world, Serena Williams follows a strictly plant-based diet during competition season and the off-season. Influenced by her sister, Venus Williams, Serena adopted a vegan lifestyle after seeing its benefits. Some of her everyday eats include oats and strawberries, as well as brown rice with hemp and chia seeds.
Adopting veganism in 2014, Stevie Wonder now swears by a plant-based lifestyle. His change in diet even helps him in promoting environmental issues and being kind to the environment. Though he is rather low-key in revealing his daily eating habits, Wonder has definitely been vocal about how great he feels after transitioning!
As a seven-year-long dedicated vegan, Billie Eilish transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle after educating herself about the meat and dairy industries.
