Sixteen Mill Bakeshop takes pride in crafting organic, gut-friendly baked goods using locally sourced ingredients.

Locally Sourced, Quality Ingredients

Sixteen Mill's commitment to quality extends to their ingredients. They source most of their supplies locally, using regeneratively-grown grains from small mills. Unlike other bakeries, they don't rely on a single flour blend. This diversity gives their baked goods a texture that's not just unique but also light and airy. Step into the 100% gluten-free bakery, where only certified gluten-free, organic flours grace their ovens. They've also ditched cane sugar in favor of pure, organic Vermont maple syrup.

Meet the Founder: Talia Tutak

For the past six years, Sixteen Mill founder, Talia Tutak, has been building her baking empire. Joined by partner Miles three years ago, they transformed their successful bakery, previously exclusive to farmers' markets and wholesale, into the brick-and-mortar it is today.
