Toluca Bakery & Cafe

Toluca Lake

After receiving several requests from customers for vegan options, Ricardo of Toluca Bakery & Cafe started experimenting in the kitchen. He learned to substitute vegan ingredients in confections that are traditionally not plant-based. Now, most of the products at this bakery are all-vegan––including croissants, conchas, challah, and other pastries. Their croissants have the most satisfying buttery flavor and texture!
