Earth Eats

Known as being the all-vegan booth of the festival, Earth Eats will feature a returning fan favorite—the Impossible Burger Sliders. These tasty little sliders come topped with vegan wasabi cream and spicy Asian slaw between two sesame seed buns. You’ll also find dishes that have been featured at last year’s Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, such as the Impossible Farmhouse Meatball made with lentil bread, Impossible meatballs, red chili paste, spinach, marinated veggies, mint, and herb dressing. For dessert, try the Chocolate Pudding Terrarium (also featured at Flower & Garden Festival), which combines chocolate avocado cream, matcha crumb, and edible flowers for a sweet treat that’s almost too pretty to eat.

Africa

While we loved the vegan lentil stew that was featured at the Africa booth during past Food & Wine Festivals, the replacement—Spicy Kenyan Vegan Corn and White Beans—is just as delicious. The dish is made with curry rice pilaf, white beans, and pigeon peas, and comes topped with kachumbari slaw (tomato and onion salad), and microgreens. For a cool, crisp refreshment, go for the vegan-friendly Tusker Lager, which is brewed in Nairobi, Kenya.

Mac and Cheese

We can’t wait to get our hands on the new plant-based mac ‘n’ cheese dish being served at this kiosk. The Vegan Sausage Mac & Cheese is served with a generous portion of cheesy macaroni that comes topped with a mixture of house-made Italian sausage and peppers, all 100% plant-based.

Refreshment Port

The Refreshment Port is located near the Canada pavilion and offers an adult version of a Disney snack staple—Pineapple Dole Whip Soft Serve with Bacardi Coconut Rum. Of course if you’d prefer your Dole Whip to be non-alcoholic, that option is also available.

Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar

If you're in search of a dessert, go for the plant-based Banana Bread with Mixed Berry Compote being served at Shimmering Sips. This new item will be replacing the banana almond soft serve sundae.

Morocco Marketplace

While there are a few vegan as-is options at the Food & Wine Festival, there are some that need modifications to be completely vegan. One of those dishes is the Spicy Hummus Fries at the Morocco Marketplace. To order the fries vegan, ask for them to be served with no sauce and tzatziki topping. The Mediterranean Beer is vegan-friendly, and will pair perfectly with the hummus fries—did someone say afternoon festival snack?

Caribbean Marketplace

While this kiosk doesn’t have any food items that are already completely vegan, there is one dish that can be modified to be 100% plant-based. The Jerk-spiced Chicken with Roasted Sweet Plantain Salad can be ordered without chicken and mango chutney yogurt to be made vegan. Be sure to ask for extra roasted sweet plantain salad, and don’t forget to try the Frozen Mojito.
