Available this week only (10/15 – 10/21) at Cafe Gratitude’s DTLA, Venice, and Larchmont locations. For each photo tagged #LivingInGratitude, GT’s will donate 10 meals to people in need via Feeding America (up to 500,000 meals). Stop by Cafe Gratitude this weekend to grab a slice, post it to the gram, and feed the hungry.

Tony’s Darts Away’s 6th Annual Vegan Chili Cook Off

Burbank

Come taste vegan chili from five different chefs and vote for your favorite one! There will be a people’s choice award and judge’s choice award. Our founder, Maggie Ortlieb, will be on the judging panel, alongside vegan guru, Chef Tal Ronnen, and Chef Caroline Concha of Beelman’s. Competing chefs include: Avocadamama, Clean South, Krimsey’s Cajun Kitchen, Taqueria La Venganza, and Word of Mouth. A portion of the proceeds goes to Rescue + Freedom Project!

The Gentle Barn hosts public tours every Sunday between 10am-2pm. You’ll be able to hang out with the animals and see all the amazing work this nonprofit is doing. Bonus, Frankenstand is there every Sunday between 10 and 2 serving up delicious gourmet vegan franks. Tickets are $20/adult and $10/kid.
