Head down to Cosmic Brewery for some Vegan Casera, craft beer, and telescopes.
Saturday, October 13
Plant Powered Run & Walk for Farm Animals
Run/walk for the animals! Join Farm Sanctuary at Woodley Park to help raise money for a great cause.
SunCafe’s Raw Food Vegan Cooking Class
Want to learn a new skill? Check out this weekly cooking class happening every Saturday at SunCafe. This Saturday guests will learn to make vegan soups, including Black-Eyed Pea, Mushroom, Tortilla, Butternut Squash Harvest, and Sea Chowder.
While not an all-vegan event, CraftoberFest LA will feature unlimited pours from vegan-friendly breweries, plus food from Sage.
Vegan Food Trucks @ Street Food Cinema
Enjoy dinner and a movie. Catch a flick at Street Food Cinema and grab some vegan food from one of the vegan-friendly food trucks. Gremlins will be showing in Glendale.
Sunday, October 14
Vegan by El Zamorano Pop-Up
If you’re in the OC, head over to Santa Ana for Vegan by El Zamorano‘s weekly vegan pop-up. It happens from noon-4pm and features plant-based Mexican food, plus a variety of additional vegan vendors each week! Follow Vegan by El Zamorano on Instagram for updates and this weekend’s featured vendors.
Vegan Sunday by Vegan Street Fair
This new weekly 100% vegan market features vegan food, drinks, shopping, and more!
Vegan Fair @ Kannabis Works
Head down to Santa Ana for vegan food, music, raffles and more! Food vendors include: The Falafel Factory, Eat Love Yoga, La Vegana Mexicana, Devi’s Donuts, Jade’s Vegan Sushi, and Los Salviganos. There will also be free cannabis education.
Gain eduction on plant-based nutrition, mental health, performance, and mindfulness. This 4.5 hour workshop experience will feature catered food from Cafe Gratitude; presentations by Simon Hill (founder of Plant Proof), Bianca Taylor (co-founder of Vegan Fitness), and Nimai Delgado (co-founder of Vegan Fitness); guided meditation; a soul healing sound bath; and goodie bags.
Vegan Eats @ Smorgasburg LA
Head to Smorgasburg LA for some vegan noms. Vegan vendors include Cena Vegan, Senoreata, Madame Shugah, Donut Friend, and more!
The Gentle Barn Tours
Santa Clarita, CA
The Gentle Barn hosts public tours every Sunday between 10am-2pm. You’ll be able to hang out with the animals and see all the amazing work this nonprofit is doing. Bonus, Frankenstand is there every Sunday between 10 and 2 serving up delicious gourmet vegan franks. Tickets are $20/adult and $10/kid.
