VegOut Los Angeles is teaming up with LA vegan restaurants and the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank to host a vegan food drive for the month of November. Help us pack the food bank with vegan food by dropping off vegan non-perishables at participating restaurants all November long! Not only will you be helping feed people in need, you’ll receive a discount for your donation at select restaurants.

Vegan Earth Cafe Pop-Up

Vegan Earth Cafe, a brand new vegan Persian fusion pop-up, will be serving Wet Gyro Tacos, Saffron Sweet n’ Sour Berry Rice, and more at Block Party Highland Park from 6:30-9pm.

Join Farm Sanctuary as they celebrate life. The event is happening Saturday & Sunday and includes a Thanksgiving-themed vegan lunch, presentation by Farm Sanctuary, feeding of the turkeys ceremony, and sanctuary time.

 

SunCafe’s Raw Food Vegan Cooking Class

Want to learn a new skill? Check out this weekly cooking class happening every Saturday at SunCafe. This Saturday’s theme is holiday foods. Guests will learn to make Rich Vegetable Neapolitan, Raw or Cooked Squash Stuffing, Cheesy Broccoli Soup, and Sugar Plums.

The Gentle Barn hosts public tours every Sunday between 10am-2pm. You’ll be able to hang out with the animals and see all the amazing work this nonprofit is doing. Bonus, Frankenstand is there every Sunday serving up delicious gourmet vegan franks. Tickets are $20/adult and $10/kid.
