Vegan Eats Friday Pop-up in Highland Park

Highland Park

Plant-based food trucks & pop-ups serving everything from fried chicken, tortas, and ice cream, take over York Street in Highland Park. Grab a shot of tequila from a nearby bar, follow your nose like Shaggy to the best-smelling vendor, and await your Scooby Snack.

Suncafe Cooking Class

Studio City

Learn how to prepare vegan dishes with weekly cooking classes Saturday mornings at SunCafe in Studio City. This week’s theme is “Flavor Bomb Bowls.” Participants will learn how to make a quick Thai ginger rice bowl, an Italian “neatballs” & marinara bowl, and an almond butter curry bowl. Sign up ahead of time here.

 

BESTIES Pop-Up

East Hollywood

From 12pm-4pm head to this vegan grocery store and enjoy a pop-up of all-vegan everything from OC vendors like @cenavegan (who will be offering $1 off all flavors of pre-packaged plant-based meats), @jadesvegansushi and @stonergirltreatsandeats.

 

Long Beach Vegan Social

Long Beach

Stop on by the Long Beach Vegan Social from 12-5pm, where you’ll find music, and vegan food and drinks from vendors like Veggie Fam, Cocina Vegana, Air & Day, Srey Vegan, and Señoreata.

 

OC Vegan Village

Santa Ana

Check out a village of vegan vendors, offering food, art, and more. Stop by From the Earth in Santa Ana any time from 12-6pm.

 

N’owt but Stout Festival

Torrance

This Saturday afternoon, there’ll be a St. Patrick’s Day Weekend celebration at Yorkshire Square Brewery, featuring skillfully-crafted dark beer (on cask and keg) from over 25 breweries (and personally selected by Yorkshire Square’s head brewer, Andy Black) and food from Slater’s 50/50 Food Truck and Cena Vegan. Tickets are available here and will include access to beer from over 25 breweries (unlimited pours), plus access to the food trucks, a brewers panel, and live music, along with a commemorative glass.

Vegan St. Patrick’s Day @ Cosmic Brewery

Head down to the Southbay for some beer and vegan food to celebrate the holiday.

 

The Little Green Kitchen Pop-Up

Brentwood

Vegan tacos, nachos, tostadas, and cheesecakes will be available at The Little Green Kitchen pop-up at Brentwood Village Farmers Market (9am-2pm). Enjoy 100% plant-based organic asada, carnitas, umami crumbles, and more in your meal, and don’t forget to grab their cashew cheesecake of the week too.

 

OC Vegan Village: Soul Food Sundays

Santa Ana

Head to the Blue Lot in Santa Ana for a round up 100% vegan vendors. Stop by between 10am and 4pm.

 

The Gentle Barn Tours

Santa Clarita

The Gentle Barn hosts public tours every Sunday between 10am-2pm. You’ll be able to hang
out with the animals and see all the amazing work this nonprofit is doing. Bonus, Frankenstand is there every Sunday serving up delicious gourmet vegan franks. Tickets are $20/adult and $10/kid. Click here to purchase your tickets.

 

Vegan Eats at Smorgasburg LA

DTLA

Head to Smorgasburg LA from 10am-4pm to find some vegan noms. Vegan vendors include Cena Vegan, Senoreata, Madame Shugah, Donut Friend, plus more.

 

Kannabis Works Vegan Fair

Santa Ana

This family-friendly and free event from 11am-4pm will feature food, music, activities, and more. Vegan food vendors include Munchies OC, Jade’s Vegan Sushi, and Latina Vegana, among others.

 

Vegan by El Zamorano Pop-Up

Santa Ana

Check out this afternoon all-vegan pop-up in Santa Ana, featuring Vegan by El Zamorano, plus rotating vendors each week.

 

VegPop! St. Patrick’s Day Edition

Gardena

Stop by State Brewing Company in Gardena from 12-5pm, for a special St. Patrick’s Day pop-up. There’ll be vegan food, music, and a selection of vegan beers and green micheladas. Vendors include The Vegan Hooligans, Baked Vegan Sweets, Evolution Burger, Compton Vegan, Tacos Bravo, Vegan Power Co. Apparel, and State Brewing Co. This event is family-friendly, dog-friendly, and free.
