Make sure to check out both Vegan Exchange's two locations—North Hollywood and the new Santa Clarita! And don't miss the Vegan Halloween Party at Vegan Exchange Santa Clarita on 10/31. This month’s Smorg Tip: Señoreata is the first vendor to make the Monthly Smorg Tip twice! Holla! Oh right—let us tell you why. Last time we highlighted Señoreata’s vegan Cuban sandwiches, but this time we’re here to let you know about their yuca fries, which are light and fluffy on the inside, crispy and seasoned on the outside, and served with a side of pungent garlic aioli. If you’ve never had yuca fries, now’s your time to give ‘em a chance, because they can be even more irresistible than potato fries. I KNOW, SHOCKING, but it’s the month of Halloween afterall!
