Vegan Cruise, Holistic Holiday at Sea, Sets Sail February 2020

Known as the original vegan cruise, Holistic Holiday at Sea is setting sail February 21-28, 2020.

The cruise will depart from Miami and visit Puerto Rico, St. Maarten, and Antigua and Barbuda. During the seven day cruise, guests will have the opportunity to participate in health-centric programming and activities led by experts in plant-based living. From presentations, cooking classes, and workshops to yoga classes and meditation, there will be something for everyone. Speakers include Dr. Michael Greger, Dr. T. Colin Campbell, Dr. Neal Barnard, and more. And there will of course be plenty of food! The culinary menu is created by plant-based chefs and will feature high quality, whole food dishes.

Holistic Holiday at Sea was named “One of the 100 Best Worldwide Vacations to Enrich Your Life” by National Geographic Traveler.
