Crust will feature a catering menu as well as treats such as Peanut Butter Blondies, Blueberry Coffee Cake, Oatmeal Cream Pie Cookie Sandwiches, and Maple Walnut Scones to name a few. Seasonal items are also available, such as Pumpkin Spice Scones and Pecan Praline Cookie Sandwiches. The menu for the storefront changes daily based on the ingredients that the bakery has available (consistent menu items include muffins, scones, cookies, and cookie sandwiches, however the flavor options rotate). They also offer speciality items such as cake slices, pies, pop tarts, biscuit sandwiches, cinnamon buns, and other flavors of buns, like Pistachio Cardamom Rose, Raspberry Danish, and Black Sesame.

“Our plans for the future are pretty humble: to stay in business, retain all our staff, and work towards increasing their wages as well as offering health care benefits. We don't have large goals for things like franchising or owning many locations. We like to work in the business and just want to keep getting better at what we already do—feeding our community, donating food and funds to causes we support, and ensuring our staff is treated well,” owner Shannon Roche told VegOut.
