Sun’s out, buns out! No, silly, not those buns! Burger buns!

Adrift Burger Bar, by Michelin-starred Chef David Myers, is adding a 100% plant-based burger to the menu beginning on Earth Day (April 22). The newly opened spot, which serves Chef David’s signature burgers and globally inspired fare, has previously offered an Impossible patty swap on existing burgers, but the new Earth Burger will be the first fully vegan option from bun to bun.

The Earth Burger joins the menu as a permanent addition, featuring Impossible meat, Violife cheddar cheese, house vegan burger sauce, lettuce, pickles, tomato, and onion, all stacked inside a vegan potato roll. Diners may pair the new gourmet burger creation with vegan-friendly sides, including the customer favorite Curly Leaf Fries or the housemade potato chips.

The Earth Burger launches April 22, and we hope this is the first of many vegan burger options at this new Venice eatery. For more information on the launch, follow Adrift on Instagram (@AdriftBurgerBar.LA) or check out AdriftBurgerLA.com.
