Vegans, meet Craig. Craig Susser is the owner of the well-known West Hollywood eatery, Craig’s—wonder where they got their name? This hot spot added vegan ice cream to their menu after their regulars requested non-dairy desserts. Their ice cream became an instant menu celebrity, resulting in the birth of Craig’s Vegan. Now you can find their pints available online, at select stores, and in this super sweet sundae at Veggie Grill! You are probably familiar with Veggie Grill, so we’ll skip the formal introduction. All you need to know is Veggie Grill is a stellar 100% plant-based, fast casual restaurant that is a household name for plant-based peeps.

 

These two companies merged their menu items to create a decadent dessert that balances beautifully between creamy and crunchy. This new dessert that launched in early July features the Craig’s Vegan Killa Vanilla flavor, a cashew-based vanilla bean ice cream, combined with crunchy golden churros and drizzled in decadent chocolate sauce.
