Thyme & Tonic has replaced Spring Natural Kitchen on the Upper West Side. The vegetable-forward menu is completely gluten-free and offers primarily vegan dishes! Enjoy Crudites (with beetroot hummus & baba ganoush), Patatas Bravas (with cauliflower aioli and rojo sauce), or Buffalo Popcorn Chick’n with Ranch! Menu items that are NOT vegan are clearly labeled with (nv) but inform the server about allergies. The best part is their dessert menu—“Sweet Confections” is completely vegan!
