Get your belly ready for Tofu Tibs, Injera, and Ethiopian Twist Tacos because T%T Lifestyle is moving to a permanent location this month! This all-vegan Ethiopian pop-up will now plate up their astoundingly delicious vegan Ethiopian food from their brick-and-mortar location at The Colony in West LA.
After experiencing much growth in the pop-up scene, Chef Tete and her crew step into their next important milestone of taking on a permanent brick-n-mortar location! This expansion will help T&T better serve, and offer their fantastic fare and good vibes, to customers and locals. They plan on providing more menu items as well as expanding their service options. T&T still plans on popping-up around town. Tete shared, “It helps us understand makers needs, test out product-offering options, while also staying connected to the competitors.”
Never tried Ethiopian food? Ditch your basic veggie burger and introduce your palate to African-inspired fare with a modernized western twist! The Ethiopian Superfood Combo comes packed with garbanzo beans, red lentils, purple cabbage, red potatoes, kale, carrot, a house-made Ethiopian salad dressing, and 100% teff injera––a gluten-free spongy flatbread! Other great dishes range from Ethiopian Twist Sliders all the way to Cinnamon Rolls and Coconut Flour Almond Butter and Chocolate Shortcake Bars!
T&T Lifestyle is set to open on April 15th for pick up and delivery at The Colony (11419 Santa Monica Blvd). They’ll be sharing the space with loads of other great vegan foodie hot spots like Compton Vegan, Jackfruit Cafe, and Honeybee.
