Founders Candi Haas and Rita Childers wanted a non-dairy option that would satisfy their cheesy cravings but struggled to find a tasty alternative and after over 150 variations, the two finally landed on the perfect recipe, now known as Core and Rind’s Cashew Cheesy Sauce. “Even from our humble beginnings at our local St. Louis farmers’ market we've had a vision for our products to be on shelves nationwide. We're so excited that Whole Foods believes in our brand and mission. We can't wait to get our deliciously cheesy sauces into more hands!” said Candi and Rita. The product is ideal for a variety of recipes including creamy mac ‘n’ cheese and gooey vegan nachos.

The duo will be debuting a new Cashew Creamy white sauce—a velvety alternative perfect as a creamy dip or as a base for a decadent white pizza. All Core and Rind cheesy sauces are dairy-free, gluten-free, and made without any chemical additives or preservatives. Visit coreandrind.com to locate in a store near you.
