Van Leeuwen Debuts Two New Seasonal Vegan Flavors
Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream’s winter specials include two vegan flavors available for the season—FAO Schwirl and Earl Grey & Cookies.
Van Leeuwen’s FAO Schwirl features vanilla oat milk based ice cream filled with pieces of vanilla cookies, chocolate cookies, and chocolate fudge swirl. The flavor pays homage to the iconic New York black & white cookie and piano keys at FAO Schwarz. Their Earl Grey & Cookies is a vegan-inspired version of the classic Earl Grey flavor crafted with oat milk recipe and Rishi loose leaf Earl Grey tea, along with bits of shortbread cookies made with Miyoko’s vegan butter. Available in all Van Leeuwen scoop shop locations in NY and CA from Wednesday, November 20 through Sunday, January 19 or while supplies last.
As a fun bonus, for every purchase of FAO Schwirl at Van Leeuwen’s scoop shops (through Christmas day or while supplies last), customers will receive an FAO Schwarz mystery-value gift card that can be used online towards a minimum purchase of $75 or more. And for those in NYC, for every FAO Schwarz in-store purchase of $75 or more, customers will receive a voucher for ‘Buy One Ice Cream, Get One Free’ that can be used at all Van Leeuwen scoop shops.
