As spring blends into summer, and many of us are planning our first vacations in over a year, a luxury South Carolina resort will be hosting an inaugural wellness retreat weekend featuring big names in wellness, plant-based cooking, and health, including Deepak Chopra, Ryan Engelhart, and more.

The three-day weekend will be held at the picturesque grounds of Montage Palmetto Bluff nestled between Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia from Friday, July 23-Sunday, July 25. The full itinerary can be found on the website, but some of the weekend highlights include a discussion on changing your health and well-being through plants by Dr. Will Bulsiewicz, a plant-based picnic lunch and social hours with all vegan bites, and expertly crafted cocktails, cooking demos, panels, yoga, sound baths, peaceful meditation, and much more.

Guests may opt for additional add-ons including a social hour and book signing with New York Times Best-Selling Author, Deepak Chopra, as well as a four-course dinner with a custom menu from Montage Palmetto Bluff’s Executive Chef Nathan Beriau and Los Angeles-based Cafe Gratitude’s Executive Chef Dreux Ellis. With over 20,000 acres to explore, Montage Well Living promises to fully immerse guests into an interactive and recharging weekend of health, wellness, and balance.
