Splendid Spoon—a nutrient-dense, ready-to-eat, plant-based meal delivery service—is launching a Wellness Week to provide a safe space for everyone to practice necessary mental and physical self-care. The campaign is partnering with Food Love, by Might be Vegan—a give-back initiative on a mission to provide food security and introduce vegan meals to Black, Brown, and low-income communities.

From June 21-27, Splendid Spoon will host a variety of live classes on its Instagram account. The courses will be led by a diverse lineup of instructors and include all aspects of personal health including boxing classes, guided meditation, dance fitness, and general wellness discussions. All the wellness sessions are free, but a donation to Food Love is highly encouraged. In conjunction with Wellness Week, the company is also promoting its Breakfast + Lunch + Reset plan to help followers align their nutrition with their wellness goals. The five-day collection consists of five plant-based smoothies, bowls, and light soups to encourage reduced bloating and inflammation, and to trigger increased energy. For the full class schedule and instructor list, follow @splendid.spoon on Instagram.
