Soy Concha Bakery to Ship Vegan Pan Dulce Nationwide

Southern California’s first vegan panaderia, Soy Concha Bakery, is launching nationwide shipping. Formerly Vegan by Victoria’s, the business launched in 2018 at Orange County’s SoCal Vegfest and quickly took over a brick-and-mortar in a small Santa Ana strip mall. Since its founding, owner Earvin Lopez has expanded his offerings from Oreo-topped tres leches and crunchy puerquitos to colorful conchas, vegan gansitos (“vegansitos”), jalapeño-stuffed bolillos, and other classic panaderia goods.

Lopez has been working on expanding his bakery to East Los Angeles where demand is high. However, that storefront is still in the works. Per an Instagram post, Lopez and his family have been testing shipping techniques, and they just announced that they are ready to launch delivery nationwide. The decision was sparked by the outpour of potential out-of-state customers who requested the bakery expand either by multiple bakeries or shipping.

To promote this innovation, Soy Concha is hosting a giveaway. Ten winners will receive a box of six to twelve pan dulce pieces shipped to their door.

Keep an eye on the bakery’s website for the official shipping menu and to place your first order.
