Nic’s On Beverly reopens for just one day with their best plant-based dishes and a limited edition t-shirt designed by Round Two! If you’re anything like us, you crave the menu items from Nic’s on the daily! Well, you’re in luck because this fan-favorite vegan restaurant in West Hollywood recently announced their limited reopening this Friday, May 1st. With the help of Sean Wotherspoon and Round Two, Nic’s On Beverly will merge the worlds of plant-based food and trendy streetwear with the “Round Two Stay At Home Plant-Based Menu.”
The food lineup includes three different meal kits:
- Combo 1: Caesar Salad, Gnocchetti with Impossible Bolognese, and cookies
- Combo 2: Chinois Salad, Soba Noodles, and cookies
- Combo 3: Tempura Maitake Mushrooms, a Regular or Spicy Aioli Impossible Burger, and cookies
Each meal kit is $38 + tax.
Aside from their crave-worthy food packages, Nic’s On Beverly will be selling a select amount of t-shirts designed by Sean Wotherspoon and Round Two! Sean Wotherspoon is a popular sneakerhead, streetwear designer, and co-founder of the vintage boutique store, Round Two, and is currently working with Adidas to design the SUPEREARTH, an all-vegan sneaker! Oh, and did we mention Wotherspoon is a vegan of seven years? Sweet!
The collaboration came about in efforts to support Nic’s On Beverly and their staff. Wotherspoon joined forces with Nic’s out of a desire to spread awareness for plant-based eating. “I really believe eating more plant-based options—even if that means one meal a week for some people—will change the world,” said Wotherspoon.
The t-shirt is decked out with the logos of Nic’s On Beverly, Impossible Foods, Adidas, Follow Your Heart, Round Two, and more! Wotherspoon shared, “We have such an amazing group of partners, friends, and family. I thought this was the ultimate moment to get everyone together on the same platform, show our support for each other, and give people something cool they can purchase in support of our restaurant. I love the idea that you may never see these logos branded together ever again. It’s a special moment.”
The menu is available this Friday, May 1st from 2-8pm (or while supplies last). Orders can be placed via phone or Postmates, for pickup or delivery during this time. Food pre-orders are not accepted. T-shirts can be ordered in advance online.
