Known for its picturesque beaches and upscale boutiques, West Palm Beach just got a little tastier, welcoming innovative eatery, Planta, to their hottest neighborhood.
Planta, a concept by Chef David Lee, is set to open a new location in the desirable 600,000 square foot open-air plaza Rosemary Square in West Palm Beach next month. Adding to the other six operational Planta locations throughout Toronto and Miami, the new branch is just one of at least three new concepts due this year.
Founded in 2016, Planta has been quickly on the rise and has garnered the attention of faithful foodies and celebrities in the US and Canada. All locations are completely plant-based and offer to-go packaging constructed from 100% compostable materials. With each location inspired by locally sourced and local-inspired options, West Palm Beach’s menu should fare similarly to Miami’s which features ocean-inspired dishes including ahi watermelon nigiri and coconut ceviche.
Though more locations are popping up throughout the country in the coming months, you don’t have to wait for a location near you. Nationwide shipping is available on some of their menu favorites via their website.
