Pancho's Vegan Tacos is a vegan-owned and operated Mexican restaurant that originally opened in Las Vegas in 2016. The plant-based hotspot took the foodie scene by storm with their authentic tacos, tortas, sopes, and more. Over the past few years, Pancho’s Vegan Tacos has expanded to three locations in the Las Vegas area and is now making their way to Texas and California!
The Pancho’s team shared with us that they plan to open three to four locations in Southern California, starting with Long Beach this February. The menu will feature the same amazing dishes that gave Pancho’s their claim to fame in Vegas––like the wet burrito, street tacos, chile relleno, and mole enchiladas.
The new Pancho’s Vegan Tacos is located at 1837 E. 7th Street in Long Beach. The opening date has not yet been announced, but the team told us they plan on opening in mid-February. For more information, visit VeganTacos.net or check out @panchosvegantacos on Instagram.
