The New York-based artisanal mochi ice cream brand, Mochidoki, just launched a vegan line featuring six stellar flavors!

If you’ve ever sunken your teeth into one of these adorable bite-sized frozen treats, you’ll understand the hype around this new vegan line. Mochi is a small Japanese frozen treat composed of ice cream coated in a soft and chewy layer of pounded sticky rice. These confections are creamy, pillowy, and oh-so-refreshing.
