New Vegan Restaurant Plant Junkie Opens Inside Urbanspace NYC

Plant Junkie opened January 8th at the Urbanspace NYC food hall, and they are serving up 100% plant-based comfort food. Entrées include the Bangkok Curry - peanut noodles, baked red curry tofu, edamame, Thai cabbage slaw, coconut kale, and crispy lotus root - and The Hipster - sandwich with a crispy “chicken” cutlet, lettuce, tomato and ranch), among others. You’ll also find indulgent sides such as Mac-n-"Cheese" topped with panko and crispy shallots . Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Plant Junkie offers gluten-free options as well—just ask!
