Pizza night just got a whole lot better as this new ghost kitchen is now offering plant-based pies, snacks, and more!

In March, Green Ghost Pizza opened in Chesterfield, VA, serving up vegan versions of comfort food favorites such as wings, garlic knots, and pizza. The new eatery is operating as a ghost kitchen inside of Sugar Shack located on Huguenot Road.

“Green Ghost Pizza was the best way I could move another family favorite into this bridged idea. We make all our dough, and all ingredients are as fresh as I can get them. Our vegan pizzas are the forefront, while we still offer ‘regular’ pies as well. The current mix is about 50/50. We offer a vegan alternative to almost every item from cheese to sausage to Hot ‘Honey.’ And they taste AMAZING,” Ian Kelley, founder of Green Ghost Pizza, told VegOut.

The vegan menu features specialty thin crust pies such as the Fake Meat Lover (pepperoni sausage, and bacon) and the Paradise Pie (ground burger, arugula, tomato, onion, and pickles). In addition to pizza, Green Ghost also offers vegan wings that come in plain, buffalo, BBQ, and teriyaki varieties, as well as freshly popped popcorn in flavors like sea salt, butter, BBQ, Old Bay, and buffalo to name a few.

Green Ghost Pizza is Kelley’s third venture in a series of “Vegan First” concepts that he’s developed. The first concept, Sugar Shack Donuts, is now over 90% vegan, and he also owns Luther Burger, featuring over 50% plant-based burgers, nuggets, sauces, and more.
