A new all-vegan bakery will soon open in Los Angeles. Just What I Kneaded will be opening its doors in Elysian Park. Co-founder Justine Hernandez raised $30,000 via Kickstarter to transform her vegan baking business into a brick-and-mortar shop.

The bakery’s offerings will include breakfast pastries like tomato galettes, spinach scrolls with almond ricotta, and cinnamon rolls, along with regular meal items like breakfast burritos, English muffin sandwiches, PB&J sandwiches, and more. The menu will have staples but also plans to experiment with new ideas. Follow @justwhatikneaded.la on Instagram for updates!
