Ciao Verde Italia is a brand new virtual vegan Italian dining experience that operates as a ghost kitchen for pickup and delivery only. Their masterfully crafted menu highlights the best of the best in the Mediterranean food realm––with nutritious, organic, and locally sourced ingredients at the forefront of every bite. The noms at Ciao Verde are 100% vegan with plenty of gluten-free and nut-free options as well. And as if things couldn’t get any better, this spot makes their own pasta and ravioli fresh! Their Pinsa is a delicious Roman-style wood-fired pizza made with a dough that takes three days to prepare before baking. The detailed process results in a perfect crisp on the outside and a light airiness on the inside.
