You know them for their Impossible Burger creations and love them for their Dog Pile and extra-thick shakes. Get ready, LA! Monty’s Good Burger is upping the vegan game. Expect a third restaurant from them, opening in Echo Park, sometime in the near future. Taking over the former Lot 1 Cafe site on Sunset Blvd., Monty’s will be offering all the crowd favorites—burgers, fries, cookies, shakes, and floats. Owner Nic Adler, founder of Eat Drink Vegan and the new Nic’s on Beverly, aims to make veganism mainstream by offering traditional, gorgeous, delicious meals that can be enjoyed by everyone. So grab those veg-curious friends and die-hard omnis and get ready to head on over to the new Monty’s.
