The Modern Love Community Cookzine will showcase the recipes and personal stories of 12 different vegan chefs, their restaurants, and their projects in New York (mostly in Brooklyn and Manhattan, but a few upstate). The magazine is being helmed by popular vegan chef and cookbook author Isa Chandra Moskowitz, as well as the team behind Modern Love Brooklyn.

"We are so excited to showcase all the talent in the community and to expand the idea of vegan food to vegan cuisine. There is so much diversity, but such a cohesive community that has barely been tapped into, and we want to get the word out. Vegan chefs are passionate, playful, innovative and in it for the long haul!" said Moskowitz.

The digital version of the magazine is available now, while the print version will be available by the end of the month. The digital magazine is priced at $5, with proceeds going towards Modern Love’s Community Meals project, and the print version will be a limited-run, high quality edition priced at $50. Both copies will be available on the Modern Love website modernlovebrooklyn.com.
