Minor Figures is set for major expansion as the brand’s oat milk is hitting Whole Foods locations across the mid-Atlantic region beginning this week!

The quirkily packaged Minor Figures Organic Oat M*lk can be spotted on the East Coast beginning this week in select Whole Foods. Having gone carbon neutral in 2020, the brand’s mission is to create “better coffee for a better planet,” and to employ creative minds of all professions in order to make that happen. From jazz musicians to basketballers, painters, barbers, and everyone in between, the team behind Minor Figures has one thing in common, a shared expertise in specialty coffee.

The Minor Figures brand has been exploding since the UK-based product hit the US market. Now the certified organic oat milk can be found in Pittsburgh, Charlottesville, Baltimore, DC, and Philadelphia. To kick off the launch, they plan to celebrate with a return of their FREEDAYs! Originally started as a way to support local cafes by giving away free oat milk in coffees at local cafes during the pandemic, the initiative returns by donating their product to some local cafes in the new region. The pop-up events will run through April and include:

  • 4/9 | Commonwealth Joe in Arlington, Virginia
  • 4/16 | Slipstream in Washington, DC
  • 4/23 | Roastology in Richmond, Virginia
  • 4/30 | KLVN Coffee Lab in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
