Matthew Kenney’s Hungry Angelina Opens in Long Beach
Vegan chef Matthew Kenney just opened his newest restaurant, Hungry Angelina, in Long Beach.
Hungry Angelina marks the seventh establishment of Kenney’s to open in California, following concepts such as Plant Food + Wine, New Deli, and Double Zero. Highlights include Tomato Tartare, BBQ Jackfruit Buns, Unagi, a “California” roll, Caesar Salad, Cauliflower flatbread, Bulgogi Burger, Cold Soba Noodle, Gnocchi Pomodoro, Fries with Truffle Aioli, their Banana Split, and their Raw Matcha Cheesecake.
