Matthew Kenney Launches Frozen Vegan Meals on Amazon

Celebrity chef and restaurateur Matthew Kenney just launched PlantMade—a highly anticipated ready-made vegan food line. The frozen entrées are now available on Amazon for $42.50 for a five-meal pack. The completely gluten-free line includes Chickpea Curry, Jackfruit Enchiladas, Crab-less Cakes, Korean Meat-less Balls, and Buffalo Cauliflower Bites. According to posts on Instagram, Jackfruit Carnitas and Mac & Cheeze are also in the works. Each item promises to deliver “restaurant quality” ingredients as well as the convenience of a heat-and-serve meal.
