After opening its first brick-and-mortar this past summer, Just What I Kneaded is planning a second location to open in Los Feliz. Owner and operator Justine Hernandez plans to transform this small space into a grab-and-go shop, where most of the baking will still take place at the flagship location in Frogtown.

The buildout is still underway and, given the two years it took to open her first location, Hernandez is predicting a soft opening date for Fall 2021.

Just What I Kneaded specializes in homemade comforts such as gooey cinnamon rolls, soft cookies studded with puddles of chocolate, lightly sweet scones, and more. A small savory selection showcases quiche slices that rotate daily, bagels, and galettes. Custom cake orders are also available.

The Frogtown location is open Tuesday through Sunday 8am-4pm or until sold out. For menu updates and specials, follow the bakery on Instagram at @justwhatikneaded.la.
