Café Gratitude will soon be releasing a new cookbook called Love is Served.

The Southern California plant-based restaurant chain will be bringing their signature take on vegan eating into homes nationwide, with the cookbook’s release on April 7. Divided into nine categories—Breakfast & Bakery; Appetizers & Snacks; Soups & Salads; Sandwiches & Wraps; Bowls; Entrees; Desserts; Dressings Sauces, & Dips; and Cheeses & Pickled Things—each recipe in the book is completely free of animal products, processed soy, and in most cases, refined sweeteners.

Crafted by the restaurant’s executive chef, Seizan Dreux Ellis, the book includes Café Gratitude favorites, like their “I Am Magical” burger, “I Am Humble” Indian Curry Bowl and “I Am Hospitable” Chicken & Waffles, plus desserts like their “I Am Awakening” Raw Key Lime Pie, along with a big variety of plenty of other new recipes.

Love is Served is currently available for pre-order on Café Gratitude’s website, as well as through major book retailers, such as Barnes & Noble, Amazon, and more.
