Egg-cellent news! The wait is finally over, as JUST Egg Sous Vide is officially hitting shelves across the country this spring.
The new line of products from straightforward, innovative vegan brand Eat JUST is rolling out in freezer aisles this week. JUST Egg Sous Vide (“soo-veed”) embraces the cooking technique for which it’s named to produce airy, tender bites bursting with flavor. The new range of breakfast bites is inspired by global cuisines, including American, Indian, Japanese, and Mexican flavors. The plant-based and veggie-packed bites come fully cooked in 4-packs, ready to be warmed in a conventional or toaster oven for a quick and easy breakfast.
“Taste of America” is a classic hearty combination of potato, sweet red pepper, and savory herbs. “Taste of India” is spiced with yellow curry, balanced with coconut milk, and loaded with veggies. “Taste of Japan” incorporates umami flavors with furikake seasoning and portobello mushrooms. Last but not least, “Taste of Mexico” brings a subtle heat with poblano peppers and chili spices, alongside black beans, lime zest, and corn.
